1. Price One of the cheapest options available on booking apps. 2. Location Located in a residential area, a bit far from the city center. It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the nearest local bus stop. 3. The Property / Room The place is in need of general maintenance and feels somewhat neglected. On the positive side, cooking is possible, and there is good hot water. However, there are a lot of bugs in the property. Most critically, there are bedbugs in the room. If you sleep without a shirt, you will wake up with numerous bites the next morning. 4. Staff Friendly and kind. Honestly, their friendliness was the only reason I refrained from making a formal complaint about the bedbug issue. 《Overall》 Given the low price, there are trade-offs you have to accept. Still, if proper management and pest control are put in place, it could become a decent budget accommodation for the price.
