Departure Bay Motel

The front desk attendant was very professional This place was filthy. Yes the sheets and blankets appeared clean but the mattresses bathrooms and baseboards of both rooms I viewed were dirty. Spots on on floors looked like roach excrement and some spots looked like bugs. Under the bed was filthy. If they don't vacuum properly bed bugs will run amok. I was refused a refund. Do not book here. The manager is a fast talking cheerful bully who repeated" We pride ourselves on our cleanliness" as if that would make it clean. I only looked at the rooms but unfortunately had already paid through booking.com . I did not stay there

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Lage ist okay Zuerst dachte ich die Grundordnung sei okay ich kontrolliere jedoch immer die Betten um nicht wieder Bettwanzen zu haben. Also habe ich die Matratze angehoben und darunter war es komplett dreckig. Siehe Foto es liegt sogar noch ein alter Bierdeckel darunter. Außerdem ist es komplett alt und abgewohnt. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.
