Unfortunately, this stay was not a good experience. The bedsheet was stained, and there were bed bugs around the bed, which caused significant discomfort and concern. Due to this, my colleague had to request a room change. Additionally, the sink was clogged and could not be used properly. Although the stay was only for one night, the hygiene and maintenance issues made it unpleasant. Overall, not a satisfactory experience and improvements are definitely needed.
