The Hideout

Bed bug droppings in beds, mould on tiles, bathroom and bedding. When asked for clean sheets was told this could not be done until morning. Rooms were feral. staff were wonderful tho and gave a full refund!

My girlfriend and I booked a private room and arrived to one of the most disgusting hotel/hostel experiences either of us have ever had, and we have traveled a good bit. The photos posted on website and others (google maps etc.) are wildly misleading. The room we were given had no window, smelled of cigarette smoke, and had obvious bed bug stains on the pillow and bedding. The bathroom had puddles of water on the floor and smelled of mildew. We left and stayed elsewhere.
