    Housekeeping personnel was the only one greeting and smiling Prices are so.high at the bar/restaurant. Reception and bar people are not smiling, attentive, into details or happy maybe with their job. Too many restrictive food/drink policies. I needed food/water passed 10pm and bar was closed and you can not order food from outside as it is forbidden and the night clerk instead of finding a solution, suggested me to drink tap water as it was safe for him. I can not drink tap water and found that disrespectful. They are also asking for reviews in exchange of a 1 dolar bonus/discount.

    Overall, good value for the price paid I have mixed reviews. The first day we stayed the service at the pool restaurant bar was terrible terrible. The second day it was excellent excellent. Also, the showerheads need attention and need to be cleaned. The water does not spray well in the shower. It is an easy fix and a lack of attention to detail.
