Vibe Analysis
The 99 Inn Hotel reads as a very basic, quiet budget stop, with kind staff as the main thing it has going for it. The clearest positives are calm, kind staff, and good service. The tradeoff is the building. The negatives point the same way: old rooms, tired bedding, and weak value for the price. This is not a social hostel play; it is only a functional sleep-and-leave option if the price is the whole point.
