The location. Gemma the receptionist was very helpful. That l got bitten by bed bugs and now have bites on my arms and legs that are very itchy. When l checked out the male receptionist wasn't even interested if l had a good stay and it wasn't busy better customer service needed.

The location was good and convenient to the purpose of my trip. The room smelled like toilet all the time and it had stains on the walls and furniture. The bed mattress was so hard I could not comfortably sleep (not to mention I feared bedbugs all the time). Terrible! Decoration is so dark everywhere it makes you wonder if that is to hide dirtiness. Not a big fan. If I can avoid, will not stay again.
