   Absolutamente nada Las habitaciones eran pésimas. Parece que la gente vive ahí. Los baños estaban sucios, el pelo acumulado en las duchas eran un montón. El dueño/recepcionista fue súper mal educado y agresivo. Cuando hicimos el check in nos dijo que podíamos guardar el equipaje hasta las 5 pm, luego de ese horario se cobraría 5usd. Sin embargo, a las 10 am nos dijo que nos teníamos que ir de la propiedad, que era así en todos los hostel. Es la primera vez que me sucede esto en un hostel. También fue muy agresivo diciendo que teníamos que lavar la taza que habíamos usado (todavía estábamos acomodando algunas cosas). Volvió a repetirnos agresivamente que lavemos (ya estaba todo lavado). No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

   DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Avoid it at all costs... IT WILL RUIN YOUR TRIP AT THE VERY LAST MINUTE. In my experience, I made a reservation a month ago... and TODAY—6 HOURS BEFORE CHECK-IN—they cancelled on me. First, they claimed there was an issue with my credit card (which is a lie, as it works without any problems everywhere else); then, they said I would be arriving too late (after 9 PM); and finally, they claimed that guests MUST be exactly 30 years old (blatant and open discrimination). In short, they did EVERYTHING possible to cancel at the last moment simply because they felt like it. I had already seen comments stating that the place was DIRTY, UGLY, FOUL-SMELLING, and had TERRIBLE SERVICE; yet, I took the risk anyway—and things turned out even worse than expected. They left me "STRANDED" while I was on an international trip. These kinds of IRRESPONSIBLE places have absolutely no regard for people!!! DO NOT GO!!!! NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR!!! evítalo lo más que puedas... TE VA ARRUINAR EL VIAJE A ULTIMO MINUTO. en mi experiencia, reserve have un mes.. y HOY 6 HORAS ANTES DE ENTRAR me cancelaron.. primero me dijeron que mi tarjeta (lo cual es mentira ya que en todos los lugares pasa sin problema), despues que llegaria muy tarde (despues de las 9pm), despues que SOLO puedes tener 30 años (discrimicaion franca y abierta), y en fin hicieron TODO lo posible para cancelar a ultimo momento porque les dio la gana. ya habia visto comemtarios de que era SUCIO, FEO, MAL OLOR, MALA ATENSIÓN, aún así me arriesge y me fue peor... me dejarom "BOTADO" en un viaje internacional. este tipo de lugares IRRESPONSABLES, no les interesan las personas!!! NO VAYAS!!!!

   L'emplacement discutable Pire expérience de ma vie, alors que j'ai fait une cinquantaine d'auberge dans ma vie et dans le monde, le monsieur de l'accueil est irrespectueux au possible il m'a parlé comme si on parle à un enfant, m'a menacé de me virer de l'auberge à 23h alors que j'avais payé. Il n'écoute pas vos problèmes, passe sa vie à vous regarder par les caméras, harcèle les gens, l'hygiène est déplorable, les chambres vraiment pas dingues. Et il demande du liquide quand vous arrivez. Il m'a embrouillé et menacé pendant un quart d'heure parce que je lui ai juste dit que le produit vaisselle était trop dillué à l'eau, impossible de faire sa vaisselle. Bref à fuir. Sinon bon courage. Seul truc bien, pas trop mal placé, et encore. Worst experience of my life. I’ve stayed in around fifty hostels across the world, and this was by far the worst. The man at reception is extremely disrespectful he spoke to me like I was a child and even threatened to kick me out of the hostel at 11 p.m. despite the fact that I had already paid. He doesn’t listen to guests, constantly watches people through the cameras, and harasses them. The hygiene is terrible, and the rooms are really not great either. He also asks for cash when you arrive. He argued with me and threatened me for about fifteen minutes just because I pointed out that the dishwashing liquid was too diluted with water, making it impossible to wash dishes. Overall, avoid this place at all costs. Otherwise, good luck. The only positive point is that the location is not too bad and even that’s debatable.

   Do not go here. It has bad reviews for legitimate reasons. I learned a life lesson to look deeper than the price tag. The staff is simply horrible. Both the accociate and the owner. The irronic reality is that is the only real problem. They have a rule against using your own blankets, and don't allow you to bring guests to your room, and ask you clean your dishes in the kitchen. This actually makes sense, it's not an upscale join, people with little money can bring in bugs. Not having guests is a safety issue, and of course clean your dishes. HOWEVER. I cannot put into text how disrespectfully the staff spoke to me in all of my interactions with them. I cannot remember a time in my life I have received worse customer care. The manner they communicated these rules was nothing less than acidic and threatening. From reading the other reviews, they have kicked people out without a refund for simple rules offensives, including breaking rules that were not communicated. One review stated they failed to mention that having your own pillow was not allowed, and immediately kicked the people out without a refund even though they said they would not use their own pillow for the remaining nights. The staff body language was that of theives. It looks to be their practice of baiting people into getting a non refundable reservation and then finding a reason to kick them out without a refund. I created enough of a commotion that they relented and gave a refund, and then promptly said they are going to tell other hotels to blacklist me.

   Avoid all the way. Normally I can put up with some inconveniences foR a good price. However I cannot tolerate the hostel manager warning me that if I don’t shut the door, someone will wonder in and steal things. I also cannot tolerate the incredibly rude, hostile and unpleasant nature of this hostel manager. When I arrived he was angry at me for seemingly no reason, and it only got worse throughout the two hours I was there. I had to check out shortly after paying, no refund.

   Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary hostel. The man at reception (who claims to be the owner) was creepy, erratic, and invasive—sending inappropriate messages and even entering rooms unannounced. The kitchen was filthy, the place reeked, and the area felt unsafe. Hidden costs add up, you can’t cook or walk outside safely, so it’s far pricier than it looks. Avoid at all costs.

   The front desk man was rude straight off the bat. First interaction with him and he was already angry and hostile towards us. One of my friends asked a simple question, if the bedding was clean, and he kicked us out from there. We don’t even get a chance to stay there and he STILL charged our card even though he claimed it was cash only. It’s a scam at best DONT STAY HERE.

    Extremely Disrespectful and Unsafe Experience – Avoid This Place I had one of the worst travel experiences of my life at The European Hostel. I booked a 10-night stay through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the owner refused to honor my reservation because I’m over 40 years old. He claimed guests my age cannot stay that long—a policy that was never listed on the Booking page. He was aggressive, dismissive, and made it clear he would not refund me, even though I had already paid. This happened at 10 PM, and he seemed unconcerned that I would be left on the streets in a dangerous neighborhood. Only after pressuring him did he suddenly “allow” me to stay—on the outrageous condition that I would be placed on a blacklist of hostels in San Francisco. I was treated like a criminal for absolutely no reason. This behavior was discriminatory, unprofessional, and threatening. No one should be subjected to this kind of treatment, especially when traveling alone and relying on a confirmed reservation. I’ve been a loyal Booking.com user for years, and I’m shocked this property is still listed. Booking should seriously reconsider working with a place that mistreats its guests so openly.

    This place is a scam. They have a policy that if you don't show up in time you forfeit the money for your ENTIRE STAY, not just the first night. I've never seen anything like it. When I showed up on time, the guy refused to hand back my ID until after he very smugly informed me they have an under 30yo only policy, which i don't see anywhere on the website i booked from, it's pretty well hidden. They won't refund my money. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, they just charged me again. Don't bother booking, they're just gonna find a way to take your money without letting you stay.

    Great location, amazing price, horrendous service. Receptionist (male Indian from Gujarat) is extremely rude and disrespectful. He should be fired. I was here for a few days, and then all of a sudden he said he wouldn’t let me extend my stay. Gave no explanation whatsoever, and then began raising his voice and threatening to call the cops. The hostel itself was decent, but this irascible Indian receptionist made me regret ever booking a room there. He should be fired and never be given a job that requires relating with people.

    Nick was defensive as soon as I brought up the reviews of bed bugs when asking about existing reviews. He immediately refused to offer me service and cancelled my stay. After negotiating he allowed me to create a new reservation for the same price. I ended up getting charged twice. Him canceling my stay would’ve been the best decision. My stay was okay to say the least. The building is not the best, others have commented on the lounge and kitchen. The bathrooms are decent but you need to bring your own everything, including towels. The rooms are metal bunk beds with a thin mattress. The pillow was the best thing of the stay. The building had a general smell and uncomfortableness that’ll be hard to forget. Nick is a hustler and a decent one at it.

    Absolutely nothing it was horrific. I was harrassed by the owner for mentioning bed bugs, they purposely denied me mores service even tho I could pay. Owner creepily invited me and my girlfriend out to party nights if his. When refused the owner started harrassing and being rude

    WORST HOSTEL EVER: RACIST, SCAMMER, NO HYGIENE, RUDE They charged me for a stay that they do not let me in and refuse to give me back my money. This world is crazy.
