Loft Host Yerevan

Whatever was good about our room was overshadowed by the bedbugs that my partner and I spent two nights trying to get rid of. We didn't get any sleep.

The receptioniat was very helpful As I woke up I noticed my arm was itching. I looked at the matress below the sheets and there were bed bugs in it. I told to the receptionist and he offered to change the room but then the boss arrived and said no. I have read previous comments and apparently this is happening since months and they dont properly fix the problem. Very bad and risky for any traveller!

Nothing Bedbug disasters

First of all there are bedbugs in all the rooms and they simple dont care, they only change you to another bed and new guest come to your bed. The staff are so rude, they only care about russian people. There is a new regulation now, you can not work in the tables 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. ( i chose this hostel because i had to work and they took me out of the table)

Good staff , reception 24/7 We were bitten by bedbugs

Ubicacion La cama era incomoda así como la almohada. El baño de la habitación estaba bastante sucio. Recibí varias picadas en las piernas y los brazos puede que fueran de chinches. El chico de recepción cuando llegue fue muy antipatico y no ayudo en nada. La gente de la habitación no tenía ningún respeto por el descanso de los demás.

Good location My stay was appalling due to a bed bug infestation in the room. What’s even more disturbing was the staff's reaction: They acted as if this was completely normal and weren't surprised at all. The receptionist didn't even make eye contact while I was reporting the issue. To make matters worse, it was a huge struggle to get a refund for the remaining nights I chose not to stay. Avoid this place if you value your health and basic respect. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent and didn't work at all in the rooms.

Location is good, also friendly stuff that helped us organize early morning check in The room needs a thorough cleaning; there is a lot of dirt in the corners with broken glasses. Also, the mattresses looked terrible. But the main issue was bedbugs on a double bed. I killed about 10 of them
