Found bed bugs in/around my bed! Immediately told the guy at reception and he acted like i was a huge inconvenience to him and was quite rude. Slept on a tiny couch that night as they didn’t have any other beds. The next morning he offered me a different bed but we just wanted to leave so we asked to get a refund and he told us that the bugs were out of their control and was the previous guests fault so we didn’t get a refund?!?! They also didn’t tell anyone or do anything to clean the room!!

I stayed one of the 6-people-rooms. And I really like it(I was alone in the room) I read the comments about bedbug problem, but I didnt encounter any kind of problem. Beds were soft and nice, also the bathroom was clean. The girl who works there was the best, I really liked her, she was kind and helpful. Offered me to carry my luggages. The breakfast was okay, I dont know if it is a italian thing but there were lots of sweet things but only cheese as salty. I wish there were more species. My only problem with the hostel was the checkout time. It was really early...

Everything was perfect - price, facilities, breakfast, lovely staff. Yet, the location was sketchy at nights and I got severe bed bug bites.

there are bedbugs on my bed I saw two bedbugs make me can’t sleep whole night. they need to do deep cleaning and the building is in a very messy street so the outside looks terrible and they don’t have luggage room

Very clean and nice Hostel next to naples central. The neighborhood is not the best or the nicest but still felt safe (travelled with my brother. But will definitely come again and would have liked to stay for longer than just one night. Excellent breakfast also which is included in the price. Our roommate found bedbugs in her bed but the staff handled the situation perfectly, washed her clothes and steamed her bed.

Overall this hostel was alright. Free breakfast is nice, good AC and WiFi in the rooms, and clean bathrooms and showers. My friend had bed bugs but the staff took care of it. You aren’t allowed to be in the rooms from like 11-2:30 due to cleaning so if you’re sick and want to sleep in, this isn’t the hostel for you. The hostel is right next to the central train station which was great but the street it’s on is a bit sketchy and extremely dirty. Felt safe inside the building tho. Good price.

⚠️後半段是重點⚠️ 一個女生旅行，住過非常多的背包客棧，整體而言不是最便宜，但是交通位置很好簡單走路十分鐘就能抵達火車站和機場巴士，是非常大的優勢。附近環境的混亂屬於當地風土的一部分，不予置評，大家自己小心即可。客棧人員友善，設備房間案翻新過、有冷氣很重要、浴室有吹風機、床鋪穩、空間大、有衣桿、有櫥櫃必須自備鎖，廚房乾淨整潔、早餐有麥片吐司奶油果醬優格水果餅乾，是住過客棧設備體驗上很推薦的。能說不喜歡的點是房間晚上的藍光過亮，很難入睡。整體而言很喜歡這家客棧，所以回拿坡里時又在訂了這家！ 🚨很可惜的是我不能推薦這家客棧，還希望大家暫時遠離T^T 回來續住的晚上明顯被床蟲咬了，臉上身上十幾個包，真的很可怕，詢問前兩天住同張床的朋友也有被咬，旅行的人都知道這嚴重性。 很多不了解床蟲的人可能會以為是被蚊子咬所以沒有意識到是床蟲。 跟櫃檯反應後對方的態度屬於「他們已經盡量了，但是床蟲本來就是隨著旅客來來去去，也不能算是他們的錯吧」的消極態度。晚上換了張床睡，還是被咬了。 是喜歡這間客棧的，但是希望負責人能嚴肅看待床蟲。 ⚠️I do like this hostel and welling to suggest people to stay here. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSTEL‼️ Customer service is at the bottom of their list. The female recepcionists that work here are super nice but the guy that actually runs things doesn’t care about costumers I don’t know what he plans for the future of his hostel but if he wants people to actually come then maybe he should care about customer service. I’ll explain what went down: I booked a bed in 4-bed female dorm for 3 nights. First day I slept there fine. Second night I was about to fall asleep and I see a bug that was unmistakeably a bed bug as you can see from my picture. With the first one I saw I immediately got up and started checking the sheets and the mattress, I pull the sheet on one side and immediately see like 4 more bed bugs and jumped out of the bed. I started panicking because I didn’t know what to do since it was 2am. I went to reception and told them that there were bedbugs in my bed, the older Italian guy working there told me to just sleep on the other bed that was free in my dorm. I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the same dorm. I checked the other bed for bed bugs and found an exoskeleton of a bed bug which didn’t inspire much confidence in me to sleep in that bed. I ended up sleeping there but because it was 5am already and I was extremely tired. I woke up in the morning and went to speak with reception with regards to my situation. In the counter was a younger Italian guy than the one that was in the reception at 2am but still old, he seems to be the one to run things, how idk because he’s dumb if he thinks treating customers like this will help business. He told me that the bedbugs weren’t his problem because the people that come here are the ones to bring the bedbugs and everything in the hostel is new so it’s not like there are bed bugs because the hostel is old or something. Bedbugs are of course his problem and they don’t have to be mine. Mattresses should be steamed after every visitor to make sure there are no bedbugs but apparently that’s not his problem. He also insinuated that I could’ve been the one to carry the bedbugs there which I’m completely sure I’m not some there were several bedbugs, all adult sized and I’m extremely thorough with my things, the only thing I wasn’t thorough about was checking the mattress when I first arrived. I expected for them to at least offer a refund and the guy basically laughed in my face because he “shouldn’t have to give me refund since it’s not his problem” and he said “if you go to a 5 star hotel now and find bed bugs do you think they would give you a refund?”. Yes, if I go to a 5-star hotel I expect a refund and they would definitely give it to me because if not they wouldn’t be a 5-star hotel, 5-star hotels are 5-star because they care about customer service. Not only did they not give a refund but when I said I needed now to wash everything I have the guy said “oh you can go to the laundromat”. They didn’t even offer to let me use the washing machine for free which is the LEAST they could do, especially when they charge 15 euros for washing and drying. I ended up going to a laundromat and washing everything there. The lack of care for my troubles is insane, he didn’t care AT ALL. They told me that at 10:30 (which is when they close and clean everything) the bed with the bedbugs would be cleaned and steamed. When I went back into the room the bed that I had first slept in had been cleaned but the other bed they told me to sleep in hadn’t been cleaned which tell you a lot about how thorough they are (not) with taking care of bed bugs. If I slept in another bed that bed also would need to get cleaned, actually all the beds in the dorm but they don’t care. I felt so uncomfortable sleeping there knowing they hadn’t cleaned thoroughly I decided to leave early and not stay the third night I had booked. Bed bugs can happen anywhere but how the hostel/hostel solves it is what matters, their reaction to the matter was completely irrational. Don’t ever come to this hostel. + the location is super sketchy.

I found SEVERAL ADULT BEDBUGS in my bed and the manager (i believe he was) refused to give me a refund and laughed at my face at the idea. He didnt even offer to let me use the laundry machine for free. And I had to go to the laundromat. They only cleaned the bed that had bedbugs and not the whole room which tells you a lot about how thorough the cleaning is (not). I left early because I didn’t want to sleep another nigh

⚠️ Warning: Bedbug Bonanza on the First Floor! ⚠️ The bedbugs in the last room on the left are very hospitable! Just head right at the bottom of the stairs, and you'll find them waiting. I would've given 10 stars if it weren't for the two nights of impromptu blood donations. My sleep suffered greatly. Pro tip:Avoid the wooden frames unless you enjoy "Spot the Bedbug Stains.", they live in the wood, replace for metal. Even the guy below me got bit. Seriously, management, evict them.

Bed bugs crawling on me all night...horrible night in this dodgy place. Broken shower... And the unfriendly owner didn't reimburse me the second night. I'm in laundry place to clean all my stuff... Great experience.

Wir waren mit der Klasse dort und ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen, auch wenn die Lage sehr optimal ist und die Unterkunft nah am Hauptbahnhof liegt. Der Inhaber war sehr harsch und ist auf Fragen unsererseits nicht freundlich eingegangen. Als man ihn fragte ob in den Zimmern Handtücher wären ist er sehr unfreundlich geworden. Das Handtuche das es dann Gott sei Dank doch gab waren fleckig und durchlöchert. Die Betten sind wackelige Metall Gestelle die einen fühlen lassen als wäre man im Gefängnis. Das Frühstück war mäh für 6 Tage war das Angebot wirklich zu klein es gab Nutella und Marmelade für den Preis hat man was anderes zu bieten. Einige Schüler*innen haben nun mit Bettwanzen zu kämpfen was mich nicht überrascht da der Müll oft mehrere Tage nicht gelernt wurde. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich nicht überzeugend werde nicht wieder kommen.

wir als klasse waren sehr unzufrieden! die klo spülung hat nicht funktioniert. lehrer und schüler:innen mussten sich ein bad teilen, die zimmer haben ausgeschaut wie gefängnis zellen, man konnte sich in der dusche nicht umdrehen, das personal war unfreundlich, der frühstücks raum war viel zu klein, es gab bettwanzen, es gab videoüberwachung! ich hätte auf der straße besser geschlafen 😴… hätte ich fast auch müssen, weil das schlüssel system ausgefallen ist. außerdem sind eine matratze und ein badvorleger einfach verschwunden. der müll wurde auch nicht weggeschmissen. das handtuch (eines pro person) war schmutzig und durchlöchert. ich empfehle dieses hostel auf keinen fall

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, viele negative Aspekte in zimmern (Löcher in Handtüchern, Bettwanzen,…). Manche mussten ungewarnt ein Badezimmer teilen. Lage war ganz gut weil man schnell wo war und ein Mann bei der Rezeption sehr nett (nicht Alfredo). Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. In der Nacht wurde im Nachbarhaus Hausdurchsungen und Festnahmen vorgenommen also nicht die sicherste Lage

Bed bugs!

This hostel is so awful! Please, if you can do something better to yourself, just skip this place! The service is terrible, the sheets and mattresses are impregnated with insects/ bed bugs, that give a lot of allergies, the price is expensive and do not help at all! I wish I could have my money back. And in the day I stayed, I was also robbed in the neighbourhood. The location is really dangerous :(

Didnt like this Hostel, its got a poor vibe, minimalist shared areas and i killed a bed bug, hostel is close to the station, though i recommend just going a little further to a nicer one. It was quiet, perhaps to quiet as not many guest were there.
