Bigfoot is an awesome place to stay if you like partying and socialising. The manager was super reasonable when we found a dead bed bug after experiencing a powerful smell from the room and was unhappy about it and didn’t want to stay the night. We were sure that they didn’t have active bed bugs since they fumigate the rooms once every 3 months they said but we didn’t want to risk it. Bigfoot gave us a full refund for this. We did Volcano boarding and then partying which was super fun. Everybody should do that you will not regret it.

Beware! To begin: Dirty sheets, bed bugs, stinky, doors that don’t lock properly (in the bathrooms either) If you want to do volcano boarding spend a bit more and go with a better company, the eye equipment they gave us was broken and we all got rocks in our eyes, we got injured because of the broken boards they gave us and they didn’t even care. The shuttle driver hit a dog and didn’t even care to slow down or stop. It was pretty traumatizing

Very cool hostel, fun to hangout and the volcano boarding was incredible. I gave it a 3 because my friend got bed bugs in her bunker and when we complained, they said oh but you could've gotten them anywhere....
