The cleanliness was bad, one of the rooms had bedbugs, one the sink was held up by the pipe..the expectation is set by the price though. Towels were old. I would put it on the same level as a private room in a hostel.

LA HONTE : j'aimerais que les personnes qui louent des établissements dans des conditions aussi déplorables aient HONTE !! Punaises de lit, poux, nous avons tout eu! L'endroit est sale, les draps sont sales !! Les déchets des anciens locataires n'ont pas été retirés... Rien n'est entretenu, les prises ne fonctionnent pas, l'éclairage est insuffisant, le verrou de la porte ne fonctionne pas, il y a un jour de 2 cm entre le couloir extérieur et la porte de la chambre, donc tout le monde peut vous voir sortir de votre douche tout nu, sympa! Des fils électriques sont apparents... La communication avec l'hôte est déplorable... Le mauvais code wifi est affiché... La liste est interminable !!!

La ubicación perfecta! Roco es muy agradable, los colchones si están sucios, el mío tenía cabellos y restos de chinches, pero ellos te dan sábanas limpias, así que no duermes encima de eso, y es una opción bien, para una noche o dos.

mais de 100 bed bugs na cama, com consequencias graves em termos de picadas. nunca tinha experienciado uma falta de limpeza nas camas como neste alojamento

Found bedbugs so we left for another place. The host agreed to cancel the reservation, but since it was already late there were issues, and by the time we were able to request the cancellation through customer support, the host didn't accept it.

We had a big problem finding the location the address provided on Booking leads to an abandoned building about 5 minutes away from the actual place. Communication with the host through Booking was very poor, he only replied later via WhatsApp. However, the worst part of the stay was the presence of bedbugs during our stay we saw three blood-filled bugs. Luckily, they weren’t on the bed but crawling on the walls, which was still very uncomfortable. And no, we didn’t bring bedbugs with us…….Please check other reviews before booking so at least you know what to expect. The door room doesn’t lock as well so better take your important things with you because lots of people have access to this building. I think it’s a hostel. Additionally, the bathroom was not stocked with toilet paper, we had to ask for it. The only positive was the price, although we have stayed in other places for a similar price and never had issues with hygiene.

Got eaten alive by bed bugs very badly & possibly something else, floors in common area & kitchen were not noticeably cleaned for a couple days in a row, dorm is separated by a curtain; expect noise & light Kitchen had one hot plate for one person to cook at a time, lack of storage and utensils, & no way to label your food properly Bathrooms were ok but the water for the shower was not separate so there were temperature issues every time. Lockers are not that secure with an open back to a wall.

Las camas o colchones estaban con chinches o algo similar , quede todo picado aunque a otros huéspedes no les pasó nada, a mi me quedaron muchas picaduras y dolor

La porte a déconné, c'était stressant ! Un peu difficile à trouver, les noms de rue se ressemblent. Il n'y a que le divan, le lit et un portant, donc PAS de bureau ou commode, très gênant quand on sait que les punaises de lit peuvent facilement se propager, là je n'ai pas pu mettre mes affaires en hauteur, "au cas où".

Des punaises de lits dans toute la chambre, je n'ai pas pu dormir là bas. Le propriétaire m'a trouvé un autre hôtel où dormir, et il va rembourser le prix de la chambre.

I had bedbugs in my bed. Electrical outlet near my bed didnt work. I sent email when I will come and noone was there. Exhually that can be much better,

Check in não simpático. O local estava em higienização. Me levaram p/outro, sem cozinha e área comum. Box do chuveiro entupido com cabelos e sem cabides. Os 2 locais que eles possuem estavam com muitos percevejos (bed bug) nas camas, travesseiros,hóspedes foram picados por este inseto, e é questão reicidente. A recepção só fica aberta para check in e check out. No ultimo dia , a pedido, me hospedaram em outro hostel que não é deles. Lamentável a falta de controle na higienização e cuidados.

O hostel é cheio de percevejo, tive de ir ao hospital para curar de tanta picada que levei, estou assumindo remédio sob recomendação médica. A recepção só tem pessoal das 9:30 as 19:00 horas.

Don't stay here. Bed bugs are present...the atmosphere is non-existent as it's mainly 40-50 year old people in the dorms. The place smelt, lockers weren't very secure, floors dirty. Overall the hostel didn't look like it should be open anymore.

This hostel is chronically infested with bed bugs, in every room, on both floors, in the annex and in the common area. Looking at other reviews, the problem has existed for years. The management is well aware of the issue and has a list of excuses pinned to the wall for the receptionist to use when people complain. The hostel does take measures to try to address the problem, but they aren't working. The hostel should be closed, beds replaced and everything repeatedly fumigated.

Basic but did the job. Kitchen wasn’t the best in terms of supplies but was clean. Rooms didn’t lock but lockers were provided. Main concern was the bed bugs.Fortunately got away with it myself bur had people moved into my room because theirs had bed bugs so was paranoid the whole stay as it was definitely a problem still. Best part was the amazing location!

BED BUGS, please don't stay here. I wish I read the reviews. I was moved room because my dorm mate found bed bugs and I got about two hours sleep in my new room before I felt them. When I turned on my log g there were two on the bed and I had already been savaged. When reception opened I asked for my money back and you could tell this happened all the time, there was no fuss no apologies just cash given back and sent on my way. DON'T STAY HERE.
