BED BUGS. May 31st 2026. Slept in bed 6 of the dorm and was bitten in three places. In the early morning I found an adult bed bug on my pillow. Also, the ac was about 2 degrees too low. The bathroom sink soap was empty the entire time. No towels provided, they charge for their use (for an airport hostel where you can't use your towel because you dont have time to dry it, this is opportunistic and i think unfair). Two guests arrived late and unpacked and repacked their bags very noisily in the dorm for about an hour (not the hostels fault but very annoying). Overall a massive disappointment. Somewhere i chose for convenience and comfort was, in fact, the opposite of that. However, the staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in. I checked out very early for a flight so I didnt get a chance to inform anyone of the bed bug issue in person.

Bed bugs infestation huge in hostel. I killed at least 10 bed bugs and they still kept on popping and I kept on getting bit throughout the night with no assistance or help at reception.

the bathroom and showers were not very clean. we overheard the staff that one of the beds in the dorm has bedbugs but it is ok becaus no one sleeps there. a room with bedbugs should not be open for backpackers to spread them unknowingly. we would have never known if we did not overhear and the next day there was at least 1bedbug on our stuff we left next to the bed. also the curtains are not darkened out.

My stay was defined by a severe and unacceptable bedbug infestation. I discovered this when I was forced to kill over twenty bedbugs directly on the bed, with more found later on my personal belongings. The consequences were immediate and severe. I sustained numerous bug bites all over my body, including my face. These are not minor irritations; these are prominent bites that do not disappear in a single day. The management's response was utterly inadequate and deceptive. I was promised compensation, only to be told it would take five days to process. That compensation never arrived. This is a blatant lie. Furthermore, not a single member of your staff offered me an apology. This ordeal also cost me double for laundry and extra drying to salvage my belongings. This was, without exaggeration, the worst accommodation experience I have ever endured. You provided an infested room, lied about compensation, and demonstrated a complete disregard for my well-being and basic customer care.

We arrived and we’re immediately met by a woman completely covered in bedbug bites. As there was no one in the reception and we couldn’t get a hold of any staff, we just found another place to stay. In trying to contact the hostel afterwards we just never got a response.

Everything was good until I found bed bugs in my bed and I couldn’t sleep the whole night coz of that, found like 5 at least rest all was fine, nice staff too!!

I found two bed bugs in my bed. When I notified the manager he was very concerned, so hopefully It is not a normal thing.

Not very clean, especially the shower/bathroom areas. Requires more attention on cleanliness. Beds appeared clean however, I was quite uncomfortable the first night as I believe there were bed bugs, I felt itchy in bed and then I had notably large red lumps in a patch on the side I slept on. I feel the curtains and bedding may require a tough clean in high heats. Not much locally and still expensive in a grab to the airport, so wouldn't say it was that beneficial staying there.
