It was good hotel, but shower not good and bed bugs in one our room. Shower and bed bugs…

Modern and clean hotel with good facilities and great lounge areas. Drinking water tap in the corridor, so could refill our water bottles as many times as needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, able to easily make our way between all main attractions in central Kuala Lumpur. Found some book lice on the mattress (not bed bugs!) - staff swiftly helped us change rooms and were going to have a look into this. No power sockets close to the bed so had to get up to put phone on charge/turn off the alarm in the morning.

The location is good. Staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was good The rooms are not really clean as per a rating of the hotel, we found bugs in the bed (they immediately changed the room and apologized).
