Circus is a San Telmo base with a pool, 24-hour reception, kitchen/terrace areas, and a location that works well for wandering the neighborhood. It can be a budget-friendly place to sleep between city missions, especially if you want San Telmo texture more than a big hostel bonding ritual. The social signal is weak and inconsistent. A few stays find friendly staff or meet people, but the stronger pattern is impersonal, quiet, and more functional than communal. The pool and downstairs hangout space add value on warm days, though they do not automatically create atmosphere.
