Una de nosotras a despertado con picaduras de chinches y hemos encontrado una chinche en el hotel esta mañana y para nuestro disgusto más en la mochila al llegar a casa Sorprende la cantidad de reseñas recientes sobre chinches en el hotel en Google y que no haya ninguna en booking

Ich war auf meiner Reise in mehreren Unterkünften und bin mir nicht zu 100% sicher aber könnte sein, dass sie ein paar Bettwanzen hatten...

Tuve problemas con picaduras durante la noche, al parecer eran chinches o pulgas. Al reportar esto al personal no hicieron absolutamente nada, se limitaron a decir que nadie mas se había quejado. Sugerí un cambio de sábanas, y aunque me dieron unas limpias, hubo muy poca dispocisión en ayudar.

The location is definitely a highlight, but I had some issues during my stay. On Saturday night, it was extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep. Many pieces of furniture in the room were old or broken, including the door of my locker. The room’s soundproofing was decent, but unfortunately, I was bitten by something—probably bed bugs

I assume there were bed bugs since I was itching in bed.

This place has a bed bug problem! And they knowingly rent out rooms they know have an infestation. Avoid this place!!!

Bedbugs

‼️BEDBUGS‼️ I made a reservation for 4 nights. I couldn't sleep the 1st night because I found not 1 but 4 bedbugs crawling on my skin and pillow. The next morning I went to the front desk and asked to move to a different bed or bedroom. They told me that they couldn't give me another bed and if I want, I can get refund instead. I was basically left with the option to suck it up or find another place to sleep... I obviously chose the latter. I went back to the room to get my stuff and I found even more bedbugs under the sheets!! Gross!! This hostel is not for the faint of hearts. Goodluck! 😬😬😬

The rooms were really dirty, especially the bed. We only stayed one night and woke up all covered in bedbug bites (I got 21 bites and my partner got 12). Totally unacceptable!

Falta de aseo en las habitaciones, especialmente en la cama. Pasamos una noche y llegamos repletos de picaduras de chinches (21 picaduras a mi y 12 picaduras a mi pareja). Absolutamente lamentable

Hay chinches en las camas, pagué dos noches y me fui una noche antes por este motivo. No me devolvieron nada.

The bed, I was bitten by bed bugs and I still got itchy from it.

Je n'ai pas pu dormir de la nuit à cause des punaises de lit. J'ai passé la pire nuit de ma vie.

There were bed bugs in all the rooms, plssss be careful, it brought lots of stress

Didn’t stay a single night because I found bed bugs after being here for 30 min. I did get a full refund though because I took pictures and videos.

They have bedbugs on beds. Its necessary to changed my bed to other room. They refound me

Me fui de Madrid con varias picaduras y quizás eran chinches. No lo puedo dar por seguro, pero la verdad me aparecieron varias picaduras muy molestas.

Room was full of bugs!!!!! i don’t know what bed bugs look like but every bed in our room had little red bugs on them, atleast they moved me to there other location and both receptionists were super nice and handled it incredibly well but a guy at the second location didn’t even let me use the microwave at 2 in the afternoon, wasn’t even going to write a review until that happened, definitely not going back. bad experience

Unfortunately bed bugs were in issue in my first room. Once found and pointed out the staff were helpful in changing our rooms and letting us have breakfast for free and paying for the laundry. But this was slow and 2 hrs were wasted before we could get to the laundry. Hopefully this eoom has been well cleaned for the future, they didn't seem to be an issue in the other rooms. But the staff did try rto help and were busy so I do appreciate their efforts in trying to rectify the situation. Not keen on the sink in the actual room rather than the ensuites as can be noisy at night when having to wash hands. Being in the city also has it's disadvantages of being quite noisy at night, bring good earplugs.

Room 23 had bedbugs. I woke up with several bites on my body and eventually found one insect crawling by the bed. At first i thought i mightve brought it from the outside during the previous day, but i texted to my roommates who left a day prior to that morning and both said they found bites as well. The room didnt look heavily infested but it for sure requires an expert disinfestation ASAP
