Séjour très décevant. La chambre était infestée de punaises de lit, ce qui a rendu la nuit impossible. J’ai été piquée à plusieurs reprises, avec des conséquences physiques et un réel inconfort. Le problème indique un manque sérieux d’hygiène et de contrôle sanitaire. Aucune vérification préventive visible, aucune information claire à l’arrivée, et prise en charge insuffisante après signalement. Very run down and dirty but also cheap. I did not experience any bed bugs like other reviews did. I would not recommend that you pay more than 20 euro a night to stay here. Would not recommend staying here if you like being comfortable and social, however if you need something cheap it works fine for a night. My suggestion to the owners would be to repaint everything and replace the furniture and dishes.

The bed was completely infested with some kind of flea or bed bugs. I couldn't see any with my own eyes but I had to scratch myself all night, I barely slept, I felt like I was being eaten alive. And indeed I woke up full of little insect bite marks all over my body. The beds are also super noisy.

The bench by the sea is probably cleaner than this hostel. And on top of that, €40 a night with bedbugs, mold in the shower, and tons of dust in the ventilation system is €40 too much. I wouldn't go back there even for free. I didn't think places like this still existed. The photos are certainly outdated. It's dirty and stinks.

La ubicación del hotel muy buena y el trato de los chicos de la recepción encantadora. Lo único falta más higiene y que me picaron chinches en la estancia. Suelo revisar reseñas, esta vez no revisé y en Google Maps ya avisaba que tenían problemas de limpieza y chinches.

Niveau propreté on peut trouver mieux en plus je repars avec plein de piqûres de punaise de lit sur les jambes super le voyage !

Cependant les sanitaires dans les chambres n'étaient pas très propres (en particulier les toilettes) tout comme la chambre en elle même... Les lits ne sont plus de première jeunesse, je pense qu'il serait bon de les remplacer !

BED BUGS! Do not stay here. I have never paid so much $ for such a filthy, run-down, hostel in my life. The walls next to the bed had snot on them, the bathroom had mould growing everywhere, the toilet had not been cleaned, the shower had a big clump of hair that was still there after the cleaner came thru. We were booked for 4 nights, but our bunkmate showed us bed bug bites on her arm in the morning, so we packed up and had to pay more $ for a hotel last minute. Book a hotel, not this place.

Il me semble qu il y avait des punaises de lit. Je ne les ai as vu, mais j ai été piqué par quelque chose.

I got bitten by bed bugs which really ruined my trip. They claimed to never have issues with bed bugs before but reading the reviews it seems to be a recurring issue. My beach blanket somehow got lost/stolen whilst drying outside. The location is bad, whilst it’s close to the train station and central, I didn’t feel safe at night and was followed once by a strange man

J AI ETE ETONNEE le décompte des lits etait faux les chambres ou nous étions 6 n avaient pas meme une chaise et surtout il y avait des punaises de lit sur les murs 2 garcons sont alles coucher ailleurs dans la nuit et moi qui avait paye d'avance ai été facturée de 61.20 euro je n'y comprend rien et fais réclamations merci

It was in an amazing location! However we were put in a room with a much older woman and at one stage a lady came in to check in around 5am and was gone in the morning which made the vibes feel a bit strange! We requested to extend and were made to change rooms out of fear of bed bugs which was appreciated but also… bed bugs. The kitchen was good and we liked the terrace but bathroom could’ve been a lot cleaner

Geht nicht ins Hostel Pastoral! Man fühlt sich absolut nicht wohl und es gibt Bettwanzen in den Zimmern. Ich hatte direkt nach der ersten Nacht Bisse am ganzen Körper. Wir haben das Hostel dann gewechselt.

2 Bedbug in my bed(

Les photos sont assez mensongères. L'auberge est tout de même vetuste. Par ailleurs, la propreté du lieu est à revoir. Les toilettes communes étaient sales. Dans mon dortoir, la douche était bouchée faisant que cela inondait la chambre... Pas vu de punaises de lit de mon côté, aucune piqûres, de même que pour mes colocataires de chambre. GROS BEMOL sur la chambre femme qui n'en était pas une. Il n'est pas pensable de vendre une chambre non-mixte pour que finalement on est une surprise du chef en arrivant.

Very old and there have been some rumors about bed bugs. There some videoes about that for like a mounth ago. I was asking about it, and they said 'allegedly' they had some last year. So they didn't do anything about it. I just think if you have bedbugs you need to get professionals out and I don't like be lied to. Made me feeling unsafe. It is also a very old place with only three toilets on the whole hostel without any sink. I would recommend anotjer place to feel more comfortable in Nice.

The location was good and the staff were relatively nice. There are a few strange men living there and no women working. No social atmosphere. Everything is very dirty including kitchen and bathroom. There were BED BUGS, I got bitten at least 20 times and they were very dismissive after showing them my bites and a literal live bed bug. They have the bare bare necessities (although dirty) and it is relatively cheap. At least they have a cute tortoise on the patio but would NOT recommend :)

The staff was nice unfortunately I found two beds on my stay that had BED BUGS and when I went to the front desk they wouldn’t give me a refund at all and I still haven’t gotten a refund.

One thing however I had a bad night trying to sleep originally I thought it was mosquito bites but then after a day it developed into skin rash and has been lasting for a week which looks very similar the last time I experienced bed bugs in another hostel. I hope this is not the case.

Reservamos de forma equivocada una habitación de mujeres y al momento de ver la equivocación el alojamiento no da opción de reembolsar ni de alojarnos al ser hombres. Aparte de los comentarios sobre chinches y suciedad, casi que mejor que no nos dieran cama …

Hostel assez correcte. Par contre, j’ai observé une punaise de lit dans ma chambre pendant la nuit. Heureusement je ne me suis pas fait piquer. J’ai quitter l’hostel plus tôt que prévu et informé le personnel à l’accueil, mais il ne semblait pas prendre ça au sérieux…Dommage

Was bitten by a bedbugs!!!

Il y a des punaises de lit et je me suis fait piquée partout sur mon corps. C’était vraiment un cauchemar et c’était dégueulasse. Il y a un bruit de l’eau très fort dans le mur quand qn prend le douche ou utilise le lavabo. La pomme de douche est cassée.

Hello I Had plenty of bed bugs in my bed. I had rashes all over my skin. This can happen anywhere. However, no offer was made for a compensation.

The place was full of bed bugs, I was bitten dozen of times and I still have the marks

solid rooms with a shower and sink inside, very good kitchen with great facilites and great location. got bedbugs here but this wasnt the hostels fault, it was because the guy above me had gotten them at his prior hostel in paris and brought them with him. when i told staff, they were quick to give me a new room and gas the rooms. however i will say that the guy helping us insisted on my bites being from “baby mosquitoes” which i know they werent. perhaps to avoid me leaving a bad review.

Avoid at all costs! Got a private twin room but was the worst accommodation we stayed in by far! Room filthy mold/cobwebs, definitely hadn’t been cleaned since the last people stayed. Black bedsheets that weren’t fresh and had stains! sure there were bedbugs!! Bathroom not cleaned, toilet urine/poop marks and smelled so bad had to leave the bathroom door open to the room with the main window open to shower. Kitchen gross/poor facilities/weird guests there. No money back for horrible stay.

Was literally so aweful! Bed bugs, mold, and you could smell the sewer water from the bathroom shower. Told reception about bed bugs and couldn’t accommodate and didn’t seem surprised. DONT STAY HERE!!!

I GOT BED BUGS HERE!! And it’s moldy and the bathrooms smell awful. Management still haven’t responded to my email about the bed bugs. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t give them your money.

Got bed bug bites from this location… had to wash all of my possessions.

The room smelt so bad. There were bed bugs in my bed (not sure about my other bunkmates). It was confusing to get into the building. The staff was friendly and the pricing was reasonable but that is about the only positives I can find about the place. Would not recommend.
