Lisboa Central Hostel

I got bed bugs when i stayed here, I told them this and they send me a very generic mail back (copy paste). Also my towel got stolen and this has never happened to me before and I stayed in 100+ hostels in a lot of different countries. Then they cancelled my booking on Hostelworld so I couldn’t leave a review there anymore, I don’t know what happened there. I understand that this is not the hostels fault about the bedbugs and overall it was very clean. I did like the hostel with free breakfast and close to a metro station. The staff was also nice and helpful. But the guest staying there were all old and one guy harassed me, by touching me, when I was sitting in my own bed. Which wouldn’t have happened if their female only dorm was not so much more expensive. Otherwise I would have stayed there. Overall this made the experience very bad.

The staff. The location. The activitis.. Everything is perfect. The bed and bedroom are nice. Just ne careful we were bitten by bed bugs during our stay.

When I stayed this hostel, I got bit by bed bug and my legs got several rushes. I talked to staff about this, and owner gave me 10euro as apology. I was satisfied with this dealing, but after that, I realized that they regarded me that I brought bed bug to hostel. I realized women’s staffs ridiculed me. It was really annoying and sad. I have stayed a lot of hostels, but I have never suffered from bed bug except of here. I was not vector of bed bug, I was just VICTIM!

Sehr freche Zimmerkontrollen und die Sauberkeit hält sich in Grenzen. Bettwanzen in den betten sind eine unglaubliche Frechheit. Ein Großteil meiner Mitreisenden (so 12 von 20 Leuten) hatten das göeiche Problem mit diesen Tieren. Immerhin ist das Personal sonst ziemlich freundlich.
