Cadillac Hotel Boutique

During my stay I discovered bed bugs in the room and woke up covered in bites from head to toe. I have video evidence of the bug as well as documentation of the bites. Because of the infestation, I was unable to continue staying at the hotel and had to leave. This situation has also resulted in additional expenses, including dry cleaning and discarding clothing to prevent bringing bed bugs home. Despite providing evidence, the hotel has refused to issue any refund or compensation.

Encontramos chinches en una de las camas, la habitación era pequeña. Nos cambiaron de habitación pero sin ninguna compensación por las molestias de encontrar chinches.

Hace mucho calor no hay ventiladores ni aire acondicionado Las camas tenían chinches las cuales no nos permitieron descansar
