There were bed bugs in the bed, they bit us really badly

Small, crowded, not like the photos, dirty, bugs in the bed, no air conditioning, no towels or toiletries, showers and sinks were dirty, cooked food sitting in presses in kitchen for days, no space in/ dirty fridge, lack of maintenance, barely any cutlery or kitchen items, two chairs in the kitchen, lack of assistance when we complained
