Incredible location. The property is in the Old Town, but without all the noise that usually comes with it. Even during Night of Culture, the noise was tolerable. The entrance is actually behind the street listed on Booking, but it is not difficult to find. The room was spacious and had a kitchen area, which was generally clean. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided. Customer service was quick to address the issue I had with my first room. Unfortunately, although I have no doubt the issue will be dealt with as quickly as possible, I have to mention that on the third night of my stay, I found a bed bug in my bed. I did not find any others, but that was not especially reassuring. I was moved to another room quickly. The second room had some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, although it was still generally clean overall.
