    • Pressure to leave a review told me it was first come first serve. Which I found so frustrating

    I enjoyed the marketplace/resort. I didn’t enjoy our room what so ever. I booked a west king room. I received a two queen room on arrival. I went down to custom service to let the employees know that I didn’t receive my room. They told me it was first come first serve. Which I found so frustrating because I reserved a king room. The walls were chipping, the room and bathroom were very outdated.

    Large, lots of good restaurants Checking in and checking out was difficult, had to travel all the way across the hotel many times and when checking in/out on kiosks, they didn’t allow my check in to complete and when asked to see front desks, no one available at desks. Was frustrating and scary to potentially not have a room and on check out, machine kept saying room number did not match and also no one was at the desk at this time either
