Mola Hostel

Atendentes mal humorados. Corredores parecem labirinto com um carpete preto horrível. E por fim na última noite antes do check out apareceu BED BUGS no quarto 108( quarto compartilhado para 8 mulheres). Um caos ninguém dormiu direito.

We found bed bugs in our Room. When I tried to solve the Problem the reception said they didn’t want us to change the room and only gave us clean sheets and offered a refund if we would check out but that wasn’t an Option since Everything in the City was booked. Finding bed bugs says a lot about their cleaning standards and even though it has a perfect Location I was very disappointed not only by the hostel but also the staff.

We found bed bugs in our stuff and had bed bug bites on ourselves. When we tried to cancel future days, they declined our request, and we were unable to get any money back.

I had a horrible experience in this hostel, check your beds well, the rooms have a bedbugs 🤮

Nada más hacer mi check-in dice la chica de recepción que se habían quedado sin toallas. La segunda noche que dormir ahí, vi que habían chinches y me han picado en el cuerpo, tengo fotos de las chinches, la zona de los de debajo de los colchones estaba sucia. Los colchones son muy finos y si eres delicado para descansar, hay mucho ruido que entra de afuera. Los baños son pequeños, hacen el apaño, pero estaba rota la mampara, un peligro, rota la jabones y roto el secador del pelo. Aunque el Hostel está bien, gana solo por la ubicación. Todo lo podría pasar, pero las chinches no, deberían de ser más higiénicos. Las chicas de la limpieza limpian bien, pero deberían de aspirar o profundizar.

The location is very good, you can visit many famous places in Madrid by walking, but many people from the staff are rude. Also, they just clean the beds of those who are checking out, so you won’t get clean sheets or anything, we thought that this was ok, until we found a bed bug in our room, what made us question all the cleaning of the place. We will never be back there.
