AVOID!!!!!!! BED BUGS, RUDE STAFF. THE WORST PLACE IVE EXPERIENCED IN VIETNAM!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!! From the moment I arrived I was treated horribly, I asked politely if I could put a small carton of milk in the fridge in reception the woman behind reception was so rude to me for absolutely no reason. She told me No and to get out of reception?! I have never been spoken to like that so unnecessarily in all my time travelling Vietnam. I had to beg for some hot water just so I could make a drink after a long journey.. you are not made to feel welcome here, quite the opposite! Then it went from bad to worse. I was staying in the dorm room and at 1am I felt something biting my legs and back.. I found two BED BUGS!! I killed them and went to reception to tell them, the man just told me to move beds and he just went back to sleep. Didn’t care at all. I moved to another bed and found another bug on that one.. I did not sleep all night! I booked two nights here and left after one. The staff here are and unbelievably rude I really hope I can help other people not to be fooled by the pictures. Yes the pool is nice but it is worth being eaten alive while you sleep and being spoken to like dirt? Absolutely not.
