Hostel has a problem with bed bugs. Check the Google reviews. I tried to talk with the hostel for a refund as this is a serious health issue. No reply. Customer Service of Booking tried as well and got no reply.

Equity Point is where all your travel needs converge: comfort, peace, professional staff fully fluent in English, patient and friendly. What's not to like about Equity Point? You also can access their bar downstairs and get coffee or a free shot with your ID bracelet (at the time of this review)! Equity Point is absolutely perfect for my budget for a centrally located venue that has it all. I hope they remain a great place. :)

REFUNDED-October, at least they care about our review
Close to transport. They took €10 deposit upon check-in but made excuses at check-out. Never saw that €10 again, it's been 2 months. The girl at reception claimed she couldn't reverse the transaction & the hostel would do a direct deposit. I emailed them my bank details & waited, emailed again after 3 weeks & got no response. How many €10 are they stealing from clients every day? Shameless thieves! I'm so glad I changed my booking from room to bunk cause then I would have lost €50. DEPOSIT FINALLY REFUNDED-October, at least they care about our reviews.

Staff is very nice but other than that I can't say much for the accommodation. If you're at the age where you don't care about anything except partying and falling into a bed sure, have at it. Great place for it. But other than that the deluxe double room is just a dirty hole in the wall. I could sue this place for crimes against humanity with the use of time limited faucets. Really. You gotta press them every few seconds to start again just to wash your hands or face. Now imagine doing that for a shower. Because that's what you gotta do. The place is crammed and bare minimum. Just ugly survival mode for the prices of a 4 star hotel(90eu with discount). They also take 50eu guarantee from you and then thankfully give it back. But still, that system is abusibe and is put in place to blackmail people in case you post a review before you get the money. I bet this place is owned and run by the same person that owns 'the magazine hotel' a street away. They do anything to save money I swear. Don't cheap out on 20eu and do yourself a favour, just go to somewhere outside the 7th quarter of you're above 30 and a sensible adult.
