the beds had bedbugs.

I got bed bugs in my bed, the staff told me they can't do anything and I have to contact the management. But they just don't answer. Very bad service.

Everything was great, I liked the breakfast, the wifi, the location BUT!!! BEDBUGS! I stayed in this hostel once before and everything was fine, but this time my capsule had bedbugs and I'm now covered with bites. HATE this! IF this is solved then the hostel is 9/10

We only spent a night here - ticked every box. Heard that one guy got bedbugs, but they cornered that bed off afterwards.

I regret staying at this hostel. While the breakfast provided was decent, the hygiene was unacceptable—there were bed bugs, and I woke up covered in bites. On top of that, the rooms were not soundproof, and the noise from the bar next door was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness or a quiet night.

Unfortunately, the bed i had in the dorm had bed bugs, and I got bites all up my arm and all over my hands. I hate to write this, because the staff was super helpful and accommodating. They washed all my clothes for me and gave me a different bed. They even bought me a salve from the farmacia, which was super kind and thoughtful. However, i ended up leaving a day early because I didn't want to risk bringing any bugs with me. Make no mistake, the staff are amazing and kind. But the dorm rooms need to be fumigated or something to fix the bed bug issue. Otherwise, this hostal was great.

Dias despues, nos hospedamos nuevamente aqui y la habitacion de esa vez tenia chinches o bichos. Pero no en esta habitacion si no en la de arriba triple.

Have discovered bed bugs at the next place I stayed.. after reading reviews, it's possible I picked these up here.. Disappointed at lack of tequila sunrise on offer!

Honestly bed was stained and woke up with bites everywhere (pretty sure I have bed bugs now brilliant). Good and comfy for one night before going to the airport but prepare to have your entire backside bitten to s***.

More like BEDBUGS’ SUNRISE. Bed was infested with bedbugs and I couldn’t sleep at all. Wish I had read the negative reviews before booking as there are a few other guests writing about having the same issue. STAY AWAY (at least until they sort this out)

BEDBUGS everywhere & NOT clean ! - Bedbugs in 3 rooms, i had to sleep in the entrance of the hotel, and i had to strongly negotiate for the owner to not charge me for the night - Dirty (floor, wall, bathroom, shower, kitchen, mattress) - Terrible mattress - Wifi not powerful - Terrible breakfast - Staff not friendly - Guy at the reception not comprehensive and friendly - Pictures on booking do NOT reflect the reality RUN AWAY !
