Roots Hostel

HORRIBLE. I got to my bed and there was toe nail clippers in there. There was rubbish and old plasters down the side of the bed. You were forced to make your own bed. There were white seman stains all over my brown mattress protector. I'm pretty sure there were also bedbugs too as I had bite marks in the morning. The hostel is full of homeless older Japanese men that kept making that gobbing flem sound in the bathroom, dorm and common room. the common room was sticky, smelly and unclean.

Infestado de chinches! Tengan cuidado, las chinches son un tema serio de salud y una plaga que si llega a tu casa será difícil de eliminar. Hay comentarios como el mío desde hace 6 años respecto a las chinches y en definitiva no creo que les hayan dado la importancia de eliminar. El lugar es muy sucio, el piso es pegajoso, no hay suficientes baños para todas las personas que hay, se nota que no aspiran la alfombra porque también está pegajosa lo cual da mucho asco. Los cuartos huelen a humedad porque no hay ventilación. Lo peor es que eran las 3 de la mañana, estaba lloviendo y no teníamos donde dormir, arruinaron un día entero de mi visita a Osaka. Por el precio podría soportar lo sucio que está el lugar, pero las chinches son inaceptables. Ojalá Booking y hostelworld los elimine de la plataforma.

Very unfriendly especially with non Asian foreigners. Empty dormitory but they put someone above me. When requesting product to test (free) they gave me empty bottles. Bed bugs? I left the place with four bites on my arm.
