They gave my room to another person and never gave me money back!I went to receprion toaskdoes they have particular singl for tomorrow. They did, I booked with booking. Full charge. At the next day it they just put me in another horrible noizy room because another person reserver also singl, but for 6 days. When I refused to move to corridor room they just through me out eithout refund! they just said contact to the platform. Don't know how they have suck a high rating! It should be 1-2!
