Very cooperative staff, beds are comfortable. I don't know why the rating is such low. Prices are very affordable. Value for money💯

Great value for money. Don't care to read the reviews too much and experience it by yourself. Security lockers and great night views over the city. The distance to Sagrada Familia is walkable but not very easily.

Guests who come here again have never been in 5 star hostels two people just one card Lift broken Kitchen a nightmare nothing at all no Knives no Spoons no Forks no Glasses no Plates no nothing Not enough showers for the Size not enough furniture Outside the shower is at 2.50m so the entire Cabin is wet but the Most insane thing I have ever Seen you buy your Towel and take your wet towel with you I bought One and Left it there with my promise to Write a review! Many pictures show the truth!

nothing to like about the place! stuffy rooms, terrible beds and worse facilities, horrible smell in the room with insects, no ventilation. really really bad washrooms and showers as well, worse than a gym! no other facilities either! location as also very far from the centre, and very inconvenient to reach!! the staff are very slow and rude too! would expect a partial refund at least for the terrible stay only editing my review to add this - someone from the property reached out to me after i posted my review here to ask about my stay and resolve any issues. i responded to them the next day, and now they're ghosting me!! the absolute worst customer service ever, please do yourself a favour and never stay here!! incredibly disappointed by the stay, i hope someone from their team responds soon at least!

It’s the cheapest hostel in Barcelona, and that’s the only positive thing. The place is very, very dirty. The owner should use their money to hire additional cleaning staff instead of buying fake 5 star reviews on Google.
