Unfortunately during my last visit I was bit many times by bed bugs

Trop de bruit top le matin, ce qui peut nous empêcher de dormir. Et de plus j’ai retrouvé plusieurs PUNAISES DE LIT dans mon lit, et c’était vraiment horrible. Et l’emplacement loin du ferry et aucun n’autre moyen de se placer entre l’hôtel et le ferry or taxi

The bed sheets seemed to have bed bugs. I was itching and feeling bites on my body and neck. There was a man using drugs and causing a disturbance in the pod across from me. Although, the staff did handle it promptly, I still lost two hours of sleep and I was forced to sleep extra hours the following day because of how long it took for the police to come and escort him out. I should have been offered a comped night or refund because of that inconvenience.
