   On site Manager very disrespectful. Constantly entered the room without knocking. Fabricated rules as he saw fit. This facility does not belong on Booking.com as it is not a vacation type hostel. It is for people who live there as their primary recidence. I am well traveled and am at g level 3 with Booking.com. I feel Booking.com should look into dropping the place as a client. The arrogance of the.on site Manager.

   Didn’t have breakfast, location was in a very shady neighborhood. Right as I was walking into the building for the very first time there was a drug deal going on in front of it. I didn’t like anything about the place. I don’t want to be rude but it was terrible. Nowhere on the reservation did it specify that the rooms were shared. To my knowledge all that was shared was the house. I walked into my room and it absolutely smelled disgusting and of marijuana. And there was a guy rolling up a joint as I walk in. I was definitely not one bit comfortable sleeping there with those people with all my belongings out like that. I would never in a billion years even have a second thought of staying at a place like that. To top it all off the entire neighborhood was in the projects and there were a bunch of people smoking in front of the building. Not a place for me, nor do I think this should be a place for anyone else. I want my refund and that’s it.
