MAÇA OTEL

The location is close to the center, the day manager was helpful as much as possible 3 nights, 3 rooms: First one had bugs and a hole in the ceiling bigger than a tennis ball, i asked the evening staff to at least cover it, nobody came. Second room had bedbugs all over the sheets, pillows and mattress. While telling this to the reception another bug was moving on the counter where they were serving breakfast. The night receptionist didn't seem surprised and did nothing about it. Third room had no working light in the bathroom, plus a bad smell from the plumbing, like in other rooms on the last floor. Overall horrific experience
