Location Room infested with bed bugs

I liked the staff In my bed it had bed bugs and now as I’m home it’s uncomfortable for me to sit as i got bites all over me

Location During the stay I was bitten overnight and as there was no window and I was bitten on my legs, bottom and arms I believe these bites were caused by bed bugs. I left my nightwear in the bathroom so as not to take back to my home address and on departure I showed the reception staff the bites on my arms who could clearly see these were fresh notes and how I was having a swelling reaction around the bite. I was given details for guest relations as nothing could be dealt with locally. I forwarded photos of the bites/inflammation and purchased antihistamines. Bloc carried out an inspection on the room and were unable to find any infestation and therefore refused to refund my stay or offer any compensation for the nightwear I left or antihistamines purchased I feel this was unsatisfactory as i provided evidence and would not have choose to incur additional expenses if I was not being truthful

Staffs were nice, the location is fine, within walkable distance from the center Bedbugs in the room! Me and my friend were bitten everywhere....Now I live in uncertainty if I brought those home!!!
