Location Bathroom broken loo seat, no heating, dirty stained carpet and bathroom floor ( my bare feet were dirty after waking in them) discovered I had bed bugs. I mailed post visit not even the courtesy of a reply to my complaint. No facility to eat but called a hotel,

It’s close to a number of shops, that’s all Hardly slept there were bed bugs, there was a couple that fought in the wee hours of the morning. It’s not clean at all checked under the bed so filthy
