Lilly Apartments

Nothing I stayed at this hotel and found bed bugs in the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The room was noisy, the bunk beds were uncomfortable, and despite reporting the issue, staff refused to move us to another room. We didn’t sleep at all because of the bugs and constant disturbance. This is a serious hygiene failure and I cannot recommend this hotel.
