Backpackers hostels -Ximen

Really disappointed… The pictures on the website showed a social and friendly hostel with a nice atmosphere, but it wasn’t like that at all. I don’t think it’s worth it and I was glad to be gone. toilet smells like a very bad smelling public bathroom (like piss), ceiling is moldy and water is dripping on the floor from the bathroom above, weird scent in the rooms and hallways, sheets don’t get washed (confirmed by staff member), no storage room at all-no lockers no shelves not coming back especially because people have gotten bedbugs here

Room 205 had bed bugs. I woke up with red itchy spots all over my body. When I informed the staff, all was said was "I'm sorry to hear that." No offer to make me whole. Bathroom in room 202 had mold all over ceiling and shower curtain. In both rooms, there was hair from the previous occupants on the sheets, duvets, and pillows, so I'm not sure how often these are cleaned.
