Logement pas propre, des punaises de lit!! Nuit horrible voir les photos !!! Dortoir trop petit, les fenetres ne s ouvrent pas pour des raisons de sécurité Pas de sevriettes dans la chambre

A fuir, cette auberge ne valide pas l’annulation de votre réservation et ne répond pas à vos emails. La présence de punaises de lits ne disparaît pas en 3 semaines et doit être prise au sérieux. Les deux derniers commentaires montrent que cette auberge n’est pas sérieuse. Une réponse à un e-mail et une acceptation de l’annulation de la réservation devrait être entendue. J’espère recevoir un dédommagement pour ne pas avoir dormi à cette auberge…

Hostel médiocre ! N’a pas y aller !!! Nous avons eu des punaise de lits dans les lits et sur les murs Nous sommes arrivées tard donc n’avons rien remarqué. Au réveil nous avons vu les punaises de lits se promener dans les draps et sur les murs. Nous avons quitté les lieux sur le champ. La réceptionniste m’a indiqué qu’il n’y aurait aucun soucis pour le remboursement total de notre séjour. À ce jour aucune nouvelle, ils ne me répondent pas et Hôtel.com ne fait rien non plus prétextant que l’hôtel ne leur répond pas. C’est inadmissible et choquant ! Fuyez !!!!

The room was too small, and we were crammed in there with all the windows closed and no ventilation system at all, not even for the shower steam. It was prohibited to open the windows, so the handles were removed (pic below). It was extremely suffocating to the point where I spent my last night at the lobby and left as soon as possible for the airport because the quality of the air in the room was unbearable. Even the halls were not properly aired, and they stinked. The bedsheets were not properly washed. There were stains all over them, and they were quite yellow. I'm pretty sure they were infested with bed bugs, too. Because now I've got bites all over my legs and ankles. Even the walls were stained, especially the bathroom walls that had feces on them (pic below). The bathroom door lock was broken, and the shower door had no latch at all. Even a small breeze of air could've opened it, but "luckily," there was NO AIR. There was no wifi in the rooms and not hand soap for the sink. One of the handsoap dispensers in one of the two bathrooms downstairs was broken. The card they give you when you check in says they offer breakfast, but when I woke up one morning to get it, they said they didn't have breakfast at all. The vending machine's card reader wasn't working. The pillows on the seats at the lobby are clearly dirty, with big stains on them. Of all the hostels I've stayed in, this one was by far the WORST, exceeding all expectations at it. Do. Not. Stay. In. It. I've posted the same on Google Maps with pictures

Do. Not. Stay. In. It. I'd like to highlight that both Aracelis from the cleaning staff and Mike from reception were very kind and had good predisposition to help. That'd be the only good side.

Die Zimmer sind eng, dreckig und es gibt keinerlei Privatsphäre. Die Metallbetten sind bei jeder Bewegung laut. Nichtmal die Toilette kann man abschließen, die Dusche im Zimmer hat nur eine Milchglastür. Es gibt keine Vorhänge am Bett. Den beschriebenen Sauna-Bereich / Schwimmbad gibt es nicht im Haus. Ich habe gesehen wie geputzt wurde. Die Betten werden nach den einzelnen Gästen nicht abgewischt. Ich wurde komplett zerstochen, ich vermute Bettwanzenbefall.

Estuvimos dos noches y, sinceramente, no pensamos volver. La primera noche fue bien: el trato correcto y, aunque el sitio no estaba especialmente limpio, dentro de lo que cabe era pasable para un hostel con mucho movimiento. El problema llegó la segunda noche, cuando encontramos dos chinches en la habitación. Bajamos rápidamente a recepción para informar y la respuesta del chico fue: “no puedo hacer nada, estamos al 100%”. Ni una disculpa, ni mucho menos una mínima intención de reembolsar parte del dinero. Lo más grave es que ni siquiera nos preguntó el número de habitación ni las camas en las que estábamos para, al menos, tomar medidas o limpiar a fondo. Nos quedamos en la zona común esperando sin saber que hacer ya que nos íbamos pronto por la mañana. Después de media hora nos ofreció cambiarnos a otra habitación que había quedado libre. La presencia de chinches ya es algo muy serio, pero la forma en la que se desentendieron del problema lo hizo aún peor. Si valoras tu descanso, tu salud y un mínimo de profesionalidad, busca otro sitio.

Ni disculpas ni intento de solución. Ni siquiera nos preguntaron qué habitación era para revisarla a fondo. Tras media hora esperando en la zona común sin saber qué hacer, nos ofrecieron otra habitación. Mala gestión ante un problema serio. No volveremos.

Bed bugs with our whole family getting bites/rashes, incredibly loud, not clean, sheets having horrible stains on them

Do NOT use the lockers on the third floor!! I had lots of difficulties getting them to work upon check out only to find out that I could leave our luggage at reception. Also, I think there are bed bugs as I got bitten during the night. Worse is that when I mentioned the morning receptionist that I left my luggage in the paid lockers she said “oh! You might not be able to get them out”. I was understandably upset and asked why there wasn’t a sign?! So she then got pissy and said it was my fault for not asking her (why would I ask?!?) and that it wasn’t her fault and that the owner was like that and that she already told him to put a sign. To the owner: please put a sign warning not to use the lockers or lock that room.

BEDBUGS !!!! I’ve been in so many hostels in the past few years that I can’t even count them, and for the first time in my life I had to face the famous bedbugs !!! They give you sheets in plastic bags so you expect that everything’s clean, but I ended up the day after at the medical center scratching myself everywhere and here the verdict : bedbugs !! Worst experience, so please guys review your mattresses and rooms... apart from that, great internet, nice staff and good facilities (beside the very small kitchen) but medical budget not planned, an entire day spent in a laundry and holidays kind of ruined...

The hostel is in a good location and the man that works on the desk at night is lovely. Those were the only good things about this hostel. During my stay I got bed bugs. The staff first tried to convince me it was mosquito bites. Then after I went to the pharmacy to confirm it was bed bugs the staff tried to convince me that I brought them from another hostel. It was bad enough that I was covered in bites, had to change hostels, wash everything I own but the worst part was how unsympathetic and unhelpful the staff were. It took almost an hour for them to give me a refund, the didn't even offer to pay for the medication and cost of laundry. The staff were so rude it just made the whole ordeal even worse.
