My bed had bedbugs! Got bit all over both of my arms. The manager, while nice, said I could've gotten but anywhere despite it being my 2nd night there. I requested a refund for my remaining two nights but was only given one nights refund after lots of negotiation. Seems weird to me to nickel and dime a customer who got eaten alive by bed bugs. Avoid room 501!!

To be honest, it is NOT a good place to stay because they have BED BUGS here! NOT CLEAN! Room is very small almost no place to leave my luggage. Bad soundproof. Very pricey for the small room. Inconvenient location. Far away from metro Ximen station (15 min walk), and it is very dark area at night. This place is NOT inside Ximending shopping area. : (

Vibe Analysis
Taipei base with some solid location perks, but mold, tight rooms, and weak value are real risks.
Signals to check
- Mold and smell show up in multiple room complaints.
- Room space and pricing both take hits.
