The setup is in Sandy Bay, slightly tucked off the main road, with gardens, porches, decks, hammocks, pets, a pool, a cafe or breakfast setup at times, and a communal kitchen. It is social without being a full party machine: solo travelers can plug into shared meals, snorkeling plans, WhatsApp coordination, quiz nights in West End, or just float around the pool after diving and beach days. Mel, Deo, Dale, and the crew are a real part of the place. Check-in can include practical island intel on buses, taxis, ferry tickets, dive shops, snorkeling, scooter or car rental, food, SIM cards, and airport or ferry transfers. Room choices range from dorms to private rooms, studio-style rooms with kitchen space, apartments, and converted container rooms; the best fit depends on how much heat, privacy, and rustic island texture you are built for. This is not West End on your doorstep. The trade is a calmer, greener base near a big supermarket and the main road for colectivos, usually a short cheap ride to West End, West Bay, dive shops, nightlife, and better beach options.
