Nothing We seeked cancellation after just a couple of hours into booking since the property was inaccesible by road and one of our friend had a leg injury so was unable to walk the distance. After speaking to the property executive he explained the booking will be cancelled by booking.com and later we got to know that they denied the cancellation. We somehow managed to reach the property since it was 12 at night and booking another property was next to impossible at that hour. After checking in we were welcomed by a huge centipide in the room and bunks had bed bugs so we got no sleep. Booked for 2 days and checked out after 6 hours. Horrible experience.
