Cascais Bay Hostel

-La reserva fue de una sola noche y había chinches en los colchones, fue imposible dormir y terminamos con un montón de picaduras. No hay personal para indicar esto y no responden los mensajes. -La habitación no tenía cerradura, por lo tanto todas las personas tenían acceso a la habitación. -Las cajones para guardar las cosas están destruidos y las trabas (la única seguridad) están rotas o muy torcidas. -No funcionó el agua caliente -A la noche es muy ruidoso, hasta las 3am hay muchisismas música y las ventanas son muy finas (habíamos leído esto pero pensamos que como era fuera de temporada era más tranquilo, pero no)

- OVERPRICED and not worth the money just for the view - You don't see staff there all the time - Only 2 showers + 1 toilet for everyone. Not enough - Room is too small for that many people with luggage - I was bitten A LOT during 3 nights in a row, and it was only me. Once I told the staff, they said it couldn't have been bedbugs and that they disinfect every YEAR (!!!). I heard the cleaning lady spraying some bug spray upstairs but that was when I checked out so I don't know what happened next. I was given no refund and ended up getting 10€ (I paid about 200 total for 4 nights) from Booking later...

Je me suis fais piquer par des punaises de lit…et c’est dur de savoir si la réception est ouverte ou pas, j’ai attendu plusieurs fois pour entrer dans l’établissement et pour faire mon check out
