    I booked a bed in a "mixed" dorm but the booking resulted as "male" dorm. The staff took a week to conferm that there are only men in the hostel and never accepted their fault in providing wrong description. the booking was not refundable and though I explained that I don't feel safe sleeping in a male dorm, they didn't help me or refund the money. I am sorry for a bad review but this is you responsibility, guys
