There were bed bugs in my room and bed. I was covered in bites after 3 nights. Most likely not every room is infested but how even a single one can get this bad is beyond me. I received a full refund and the staff was very nice and handled the situation well. Nontheless, right now I have counted over 80 bites and most certainly won't be staying here again.

Hard to reach the structure after closing and have a late check-in if needed. The guy in the bed beside mine got bed-bugs...Level of cleaning is poor.

Our room had bedbugs. Spent all night going through clothes and belongings. Had to throw away half of it. Very little help in the situation. Only got the money back after they blamed us for it, even though we had just arrived. Total nightmare situation.

Unfortunately, I have to give a bad score because I got bitten by bed bugs. Besides, I got an upper bed bunk, and the ladder to climb was absolutely flimsy and so narrow steps. Every time I went down, it felt so dangerous.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Bogentrakt verbracht und waren Anfangs sehr begeistert. Am Morgen hat meine Tochter vom Bett aus zwei kleine "Käfer" gesichtet. Wir haben uns nichts dabei gedacht aber nach der Rückreise hatte ich Stiche am Arm und an den Beinen festgestellt die extrem juckten und immer schlimmer wurden. Meine Vermutung sind Bettwanzen. Nach Rückfrage im Bogentrakt hat man mir mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer von den Mitarbeitenden untersucht wurde und kein Befall festgestellt wurde. Da sich Bettwanzen tagsüber verstecken, ist es schwer ein Befall von Auge und ohne Fachperson festzustellen. Nach der Übernachtung im Bogentrakt sind wir direkt nach Hause und vorher haben wir vier Nächte am Stück an einem Ort verbracht, deshalb ist es für mich klar, dass die Stiche von dieser Nacht im Bogentrakt herkamen. Es war eine Antibiotikabehandlung nötig, da sich ein roter Kreis um einige der Stiche bildete und ich allergisch auf die Stiche reagierte. Obwohl unser Eindruck vom Bogentrakt insgesamt sehr positiv war (ausser der Ringhörigkeit) werden wir aufgrund dieser Geschichte nie mehr eine Nacht dort verbringen.

Der Tür Code ging nicht, sodass ich das Zimmer nicht mehr verlassen konnte, nachdem ich 1x drin war. Irgendwo auf meiner Reise, höchstwahrscheinlich dort, habe ich mir bettwanzen eingefangen.

Una antigua prisión en el casco antiguo de Chur, Bogentrakt tiene una configuración carcelaria limpia e inusual: habitaciones compactas tipo celda, literas simples, acceso por código y una ubicación que deja la estación y el casco antiguo a distancia caminable. La ayuda del personal suele ser un punto luminoso, y las mejores visitas aquí son paradas cortas y prácticas con algo de novedad de edificio extraño. La cocina común es útil y puede estar bien equipada, aunque es pequeña para uso en horas punta. Las camas pueden ser cómodas, y las de dormitorio pueden tener cortinas, taquillas y puntos de carga. La atmósfera puede sentirse original y social, con música, eventos y energía de patio a veces, pero no es una máquina garantizada para mezclarse. Esto es mejor para viajeros que disfrutan espacios raros de reutilización adaptativa y pueden manejar física hostelera áspera. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, la ventilación puede ser débil y el ruido viaja por pasillos, puertas, patio y zonas de bares cercanas. Puede ser divertido y memorable, pero no es la jugada para un reinicio tranquilo ni una llegada nocturna sin fricción.

- El ruido puede venir de pasillos, puertas pesadas, el patio, vida nocturna cercana y campanas o trabajo temprano por la mañana.
- Recepción no siempre está atendida de noche, así que el check-in tardío y resolver problemas puede ser incómodo.
- Las literas superiores y escalerillas pueden sentirse inseguras o difíciles de usar.
- El aparcamiento y guardado de bicis pueden ser frustrantes.
- Ha habido problemas de chinches en la historia reciente.
