There were bed bugs in my room and bed. I was covered in bites after 3 nights. Most likely not every room is infested but how even a single one can get this bad is beyond me. I received a full refund and the staff was very nice and handled the situation well. Nontheless, right now I have counted over 80 bites and most certainly won't be staying here again.

Hard to reach the structure after closing and have a late check-in if needed. The guy in the bed beside mine got bed-bugs...Level of cleaning is poor.

Our room had bedbugs. Spent all night going through clothes and belongings. Had to throw away half of it. Very little help in the situation. Only got the money back after they blamed us for it, even though we had just arrived. Total nightmare situation.

Unfortunately, I have to give a bad score because I got bitten by bed bugs. Besides, I got an upper bed bunk, and the ladder to climb was absolutely flimsy and so narrow steps. Every time I went down, it felt so dangerous.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Bogentrakt verbracht und waren Anfangs sehr begeistert. Am Morgen hat meine Tochter vom Bett aus zwei kleine "Käfer" gesichtet. Wir haben uns nichts dabei gedacht aber nach der Rückreise hatte ich Stiche am Arm und an den Beinen festgestellt die extrem juckten und immer schlimmer wurden. Meine Vermutung sind Bettwanzen. Nach Rückfrage im Bogentrakt hat man mir mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer von den Mitarbeitenden untersucht wurde und kein Befall festgestellt wurde. Da sich Bettwanzen tagsüber verstecken, ist es schwer ein Befall von Auge und ohne Fachperson festzustellen. Nach der Übernachtung im Bogentrakt sind wir direkt nach Hause und vorher haben wir vier Nächte am Stück an einem Ort verbracht, deshalb ist es für mich klar, dass die Stiche von dieser Nacht im Bogentrakt herkamen. Es war eine Antibiotikabehandlung nötig, da sich ein roter Kreis um einige der Stiche bildete und ich allergisch auf die Stiche reagierte. Obwohl unser Eindruck vom Bogentrakt insgesamt sehr positiv war (ausser der Ringhörigkeit) werden wir aufgrund dieser Geschichte nie mehr eine Nacht dort verbringen.

Der Tür Code ging nicht, sodass ich das Zimmer nicht mehr verlassen konnte, nachdem ich 1x drin war. Irgendwo auf meiner Reise, höchstwahrscheinlich dort, habe ich mir bettwanzen eingefangen.

Ex prigione nel centro storico di Chur, Bogentrakt ha un setup pulito e insolito da jailhouse: stanze compatte tipo celle, letti a castello semplici, accesso con codice e una posizione che mette stazione e città vecchia a distanza di camminata. L'aiuto dello staff è spesso un punto luminoso, e i soggiorni migliori qui sono tappe brevi e pratiche con un po' di novità da edificio strano. La cucina comune è utile e può essere ben attrezzata, anche se è piccola nei momenti di punta. I letti possono essere comodi, e in dormitorio possono esserci tende, armadietti e prese di ricarica. L'atmosfera può risultare originale e sociale, con musica, eventi ed energia nel cortile a volte, ma non è una macchina da socializzazione garantita. È più adatto a viaggiatori a cui piacciono gli spazi strani riadattati e che reggono la fisica ruvida degli ostelli. Le stanze sono molto piccole, la ventilazione può essere debole e il rumore passa da corridoi, porte, cortile e zone bar vicine. Può essere divertente e memorabile, ma non è la mossa giusta per un reset tranquillo o un arrivo notturno senza attriti.

- Le stanze sono molto piccole e possono diventare calde o soffocanti, soprattutto quando le finestre si aprono poco.
- Il rumore può arrivare da corridoi, porte pesanti, cortile, locali notturni vicini e campane o lavori del mattino presto.
- La reception non è sempre presidiata di notte, quindi check-in tardivo e risoluzione dei problemi possono diventare macchinosi.
- I letti superiori e le scale possono sembrare poco sicuri o difficili da usare.
- Parcheggio e deposito bici possono essere frustranti.
- Ci sono stati problemi di cimici da letto nella storia recente.
