I had a very terrible stay at this hostel. i could careless about the whole renovation things, i spend the night in the kitchen on the chairs the dorms are infested with bedbugs big time there everywhere. theirs should shut down temporarily and deal with the matter ASAP... this is serious my body still bruised and itchy from the ordeal I've spend the night killing bedbugs dozens at the time from the wall to the bed frame and mattress there was blood all over the sheet 🦠🪳🤒

Avoid this hostel! Poor hygiene, damaged facilities, ongoing construction work and serious cleanliness concerns, including suspected bed bugs. The worst part was getting my £20 deposit back. My messages were repeatedly ignored, promises were broken, and I only received my refund after numerous complaints and threats to escalate the matter to Hostelworld. Extremely unprofessional management and unacceptable treatment of guests. I would never stay here again. Strongly NOT recommended!

I really liked the location and the way the staff welcomed me. Eventhough the works are ongoing, they do their best to keep the property clean I didn't like the fact that there were bedbugs in my room

Great location, friendly staff, kitchen and cooking facilities available. Room is infested with bed bugs. My arms and legs look like pin cushions. Room has too many beds pushed next to each other. I wish I could be more positive as all else is great but they need to get the male dorm sprayed with insecticide.

How the people in my room hated the guy who served me . Everything, the manager or the guy who works there, so ignorant and arrogant, talks very condescending to me and others, such a poor behaviour middle age man, even I have better manner than him. I also got bed bugs.

R S Hostels es un crash pad muy central en Leeds, cerca de la estación de tren, centro, conexiones de bus y locales cercanos. El personal puede ser muy hands-on y servicial, especialmente con llegadas tarde, cambios de habitación, charla local y mantener el lugar funcionando, aunque servicio y comunicación son inconsistentes. Los baños son el mayor punto de fricción. Inodoros y duchas pueden estar en otro piso que las habitaciones, los cubículos son muy estrechos, las duchas pueden ser incómodas de botón, y suelen faltar ganchos o repisas. Los dormitorios pueden sentirse apretados, con almacenamiento limitado, sin lockers, pocos enchufes junto a la cama, sin cortinas de privacidad y temperatura o ventilación variable.

- La renovación en curso es una parte real de la experiencia, no un detalle cosmético menor.
- Baños y duchas pueden ser estrechos, estar arriba, inacabados o ser incómodos de usar.
- El almacenamiento en dormitorios es limitado, y puede no haber lockers.
- La limpieza, ropa de cama, comunicación del personal y fiabilidad del check-in son inconsistentes.
- El hostel sirve más para una noche económica cerca de la estación de Leeds que para una base social mochilera.
