The place had recently had bed bugs but I think they were quite on it with cleaning. The hostel was okay, I don’t think it was worth the hype I’d heard about. Rooms were very dark

Bed bugs. And instead of being helpful and offering a full refund, they tried to place the blame on me saying it came from the mountain bike ride and the bugs can’t survive this altitude (they can). Very unfortunate and I saw no urgency to take care of the issue in the room after I reported it. They didn’t even honor the night off prize we won off of trivia night. The only good part of the hostel were the volunteers. Dishonest management. Just go there for the bar but don’t stay.

My girlfriend's overall review of the hostel was rubbish. This place is good only for partying & getting drunk with strangers. Their rooms and other services are totally unacceptable. My girlfriend paid quite high for the rooms compared to the average price in the area, and the rooms were not clean.. she even got bites from bed bugs!!! And finally, the wifi was super slow in all the areas of the hostel. Utterly annoying service, no value for money, we'll NEVER GO BACK.

Wild Rover La Paz es un motor de fiesta completo: primero bar, ruidoso de noche, fácil para encontrar compañeros de tragos y armado alrededor de actividades, tours, pantallas y movimiento hasta tarde. Las cápsulas privadas y algunas camas de dormitorio reciben crédito real por comodidad, y el lugar puede ser limpio y práctico cuando la misión es socializar fuerte y usarlo como plataforma de lanzamiento en La Paz. Este no es el lado tranquilo de la ciudad. El bar y el patio moldean la estadía, con música y tránsito nocturno pegando en las habitaciones cerca de la acción. El mejor encaje es alguien que quiere una burbuja de vida nocturna ya incorporada, ayuda con tours y un público joven, más que rincones silenciosos o inmersión local. El intercambio es una operación comercial de efectivo y cuenta en pulsera. Puede ser divertido, pero pide tolerancia: ruido, duchas frías o inconsistentes, WiFi débil en habitaciones y una cuenta de checkout que merece mirarse sobrio.
Señales a revisar
- El ruido del bar y el patio puede durar hasta alrededor de las 2-2:30 a.m., especialmente cerca de dormitorios interiores o junto al bar.
- La comida acumula quejas serias de enfermedad; comer en el lugar puede ser un riesgo.
- El sistema de pulsera/cuenta y solo efectivo puede producir disputas al checkout o cargos sorpresa.
- Duchas, WiFi y comodidad de habitación son inconsistentes, con agua fría, habitaciones oscuras y WiFi débil en cuartos apareciendo a menudo.
