I was super disappointed with the experience my friend and I had here. The hostel itself is beautiful and fun but we were really frustrated with the huge sanitary hazard we experienced. The first night we were there we found out that one of the beds in our room had bedbugs and that the hostel had been made aware of this before we checked in. They put 3 people in that bed in the time that we stayed and received complaints multiple times. Nothing was done until the day after our third night where they deep cleaned the entire room and determined that the room was infested. The whole room had to move out or find another hostel with very little notice beforehand. They did give us, as well as the others who were currently in the room or stayed in the room at some point, a full refund for our entire stay but the inaction and disregard on the hostels end is really hard to look past.

Super sociable hostel in great location- unfortunately, I got bed bug bites here, I informed the hostel immediately and they were not accommodating at all - they first responded with ‘Indonesia doesn’t have bed bugs’ which was really dismissive - I asked if I could have a laundry service done or treatment paid for which was followed by ‘sorry we don’t offer that’- again, extremely dismissive - a lovely rep gave me her anti itch cream but the reception staff didn’t seem to care- just a warning to people to check the sheets or stay elsewhere

L'auberge de jeunesse est un hôtel Canggu animé construit autour d'activités nocturnes, d'une piscine et d'un espace commun animé. Il convient aux voyageurs qui veulent un endroit facile pour rencontrer des gens et garder la soirée en mouvement. Les chambres sont souvent propres et spacieuses, et certains dortoirs ont un rideau, une lumière et une prise. L'emplacement est très bien pour Canggu, et la nourriture et les boissons sont souvent abordables, ce qui donne à l'endroit un bon rapport qualité-prix. Il y a un côté de fête difficile, donc l'ambiance peut être intense aux heures de pointe. Même ainsi, l'auberge de jeunesse maintient une règle de calme nocturne dans certaines parties de la propriété, de sorte qu'elle peut convenir aux personnes qui veulent de l'activité pendant la journée et une base plus calme après les heures.

- La scène sociale peut être très calme et très axée sur l'alcool, ce qui peut convenir mieux aux voyageurs qui sortent que à ceux qui cherchent un endroit calme.
- Le bruit peut être très fort et il peut être difficile de dormir avant minuit quand l'auberge est bondée.
- La propreté est inégale dans tous les logements, en particulier dans les salles de bains, la literie et les serviettes.
- Le petit déjeuner est plus basique que remarquable.
- Certaines chambres présentent des inconvénients pratiques, comme des draps minces, pas d'eau chaude, des toilettes ouvertes ou à moitié ouvertes ou des portes qui ne se verrouillent pas.
