BEDBUGS! I asked for an extra blanket, which must’ve had bedbugs on it. I woke up with 7 bites on my neck. My roommate, who didn’t use the extra blanket, had no bites. We emailed them as we left Durango, but no response.

I reserved online, once I arrived, the only thing pretty was the lobby. The property was very uncared for, broken screens in windows, weeds everywhere. I saw a review about bed bugs, and saw the reviews about $250 hold on credit card (and the guy in front of me had this happen to him, he was not happy). I decided not to stay. Of course I was still charged for one of the nights (ya, I paid not to stay there). BUT, they said that if I paid with credit card, I'd be charged 35% fee, and if I paid with cash, I had to have EXACT cash, or they wouldn't be able to give me change. Luckily I had the exact cash. Scammers.

For starters the weekly rate is an untrue statement.Not only will you pay the price for the stay but you also get the added company of the bed bugs. I was moved 5-6 times during my stay. As much as we all love and appriciate the local law enforcment in Durango that doesnt mean I want them at my place of residence every other night. The creek behind and bridge are so filled with trash that you wont want a walk after that. The maids dont talk english but they can sure spread lies,that the drama there is like a t.v. show. I didnt associate with them on a personal level but yet they still managed to let their drama effect my life. By they,I do mean every one of the staff from the property manager down to the maids. Disgusting to see how they are handling themselves right now, The Motel had potential at one time. I do not believe it does now.

Awful, the room was smelly and even worse it has BED BUGS!! I had to get another room at another hotel at 11pm with my niece. The staff seen the bug and offered me another room but I did not want to stay in that hotel any longer. When I called them for a refund they denied having bed bugs even though I have pictures and bites!

They have bed bugs I woke up to bed bugs biting my face. We bought two rooms and this is only the first night and they wont give the money back so I'm forced to stay in a bed bug room. I'm pregnant and not very happy. If I could post pictures I deffintly would.

Looks clean and quite room 113 tonight is the second night been itchy all my body I started inspecting and I found Couple rest of bedbugs around the place is very important to you all make sure there are not bedbugs at your room check 4 corners and any place that they can hide you don't wanna have deal with them at your house experience is horrible we are a crew of workers staying at this hotel second night out of 5 let's see what happens next!

L'accès direct au sentier de rivière de Durango est la meilleure raison concrète de regarder The Junction Hotel and Hostel. L'arrière au bord du ruisseau et les pistes cyclables et chemins de marche tout proches le rendent utile pour observer le train, aller à pied en ville ou sortir dehors sans commencer par gérer la circulation. C'est un hybride vieux motel-auberge à petit budget plutôt qu'une auberge sociale bien polie. L'emplacement fait une grande partie du travail : centre-ville, restaurants, marchés, zone du train à vapeur, trolley ou bus, et accès à Main Street sont tous des avantages pratiques. Le personnel peut être sympathique et aidant, et l'endroit peut fonctionner pour une nuit pas chère de passage quand les attentes sont basses. Les chambres et espaces partagés sont inégaux. Cuisine, salle commune, laverie, parking, petite piscine, casiers, mini-frigos, jeux et lampes de lit peuvent être disponibles, mais l'entretien et la disponibilité ne sont pas constants. Le setup social semble plus fonctionnel que fun : utile si tu as besoin d'un lit près des trucs outdoor de Durango, faible si tu veux une scène d'auberge propre et vivante.

- Le check-in, l'accès aux clés, les horaires de réception, le contact d'urgence, les cautions et les attributions de chambres peuvent être peu fiables.
- Des équipements comme petit-déjeuner, café, machines à glace, laverie, clim, TV, eau chaude, état de la piscine et ménage peuvent ne pas correspondre aux attentes.
- Des inquiétudes de sécurité et de confort apparaissent autour des portes extérieures, parkings sombres, situations en dortoir et personnes qui traînent sur la propriété.
