BEDBUGS! I asked for an extra blanket, which must’ve had bedbugs on it. I woke up with 7 bites on my neck. My roommate, who didn’t use the extra blanket, had no bites. We emailed them as we left Durango, but no response.

I reserved online, once I arrived, the only thing pretty was the lobby. The property was very uncared for, broken screens in windows, weeds everywhere. I saw a review about bed bugs, and saw the reviews about $250 hold on credit card (and the guy in front of me had this happen to him, he was not happy). I decided not to stay. Of course I was still charged for one of the nights (ya, I paid not to stay there). BUT, they said that if I paid with credit card, I'd be charged 35% fee, and if I paid with cash, I had to have EXACT cash, or they wouldn't be able to give me change. Luckily I had the exact cash. Scammers.

For starters the weekly rate is an untrue statement.Not only will you pay the price for the stay but you also get the added company of the bed bugs. I was moved 5-6 times during my stay. As much as we all love and appriciate the local law enforcment in Durango that doesnt mean I want them at my place of residence every other night. The creek behind and bridge are so filled with trash that you wont want a walk after that. The maids dont talk english but they can sure spread lies,that the drama there is like a t.v. show. I didnt associate with them on a personal level but yet they still managed to let their drama effect my life. By they,I do mean every one of the staff from the property manager down to the maids. Disgusting to see how they are handling themselves right now, The Motel had potential at one time. I do not believe it does now.

Awful, the room was smelly and even worse it has BED BUGS!! I had to get another room at another hotel at 11pm with my niece. The staff seen the bug and offered me another room but I did not want to stay in that hotel any longer. When I called them for a refund they denied having bed bugs even though I have pictures and bites!

They have bed bugs I woke up to bed bugs biting my face. We bought two rooms and this is only the first night and they wont give the money back so I'm forced to stay in a bed bug room. I'm pregnant and not very happy. If I could post pictures I deffintly would.

Looks clean and quite room 113 tonight is the second night been itchy all my body I started inspecting and I found Couple rest of bedbugs around the place is very important to you all make sure there are not bedbugs at your room check 4 corners and any place that they can hide you don't wanna have deal with them at your house experience is horrible we are a crew of workers staying at this hotel second night out of 5 let's see what happens next!

O acesso direto à trilha do rio de Durango é o melhor motivo concreto para considerar The Junction Hotel and Hostel. A área dos fundos junto ao riacho e as ciclovias e caminhos próximos tornam o lugar útil para ver trens, caminhar até o centro ou sair para áreas abertas sem lidar primeiro com tráfego de carros. Isto é um híbrido econômico de motel antigo e hostel, não um hostel social polido. A localização faz boa parte do trabalho pesado: centro, restaurantes, mercados, a área do trem a vapor, o trolley ou ônibus e o acesso à Main Street são vantagens práticas. A equipe pode ser simpática e prestativa, e o lugar pode servir para uma passagem barata de uma noite quando as expectativas estão bem ajustadas. Quartos e áreas compartilhadas são irregulares. Cozinha, sala comum, lavanderia, estacionamento, pequena piscina, armários, frigobares, jogos e luzes nas camas podem existir, mas manutenção e disponibilidade são inconsistentes. A estrutura social parece mais funcional do que divertida: útil se você precisa de cama perto das coisas ao ar livre de Durango, fraca se você quer uma cena de hostel limpa e animada.

- O prédio é frequentemente deteriorado, com quartos gastos, paredes remendadas, roupa de cama velha, toalhas manchadas, mofo, cheiro de fumaça e problemas de limpeza.
- Barulho pode ser um problema real por paredes finas, movimento no andar de cima, portas, encanamento, aparelhos de ar-condicionado, trânsito, frigobares e alarmes com luzes piscando.
- A cozinha e os espaços compartilhados podem estar sujos ou mal equipados, com eletrodomésticos quebrados ou utensílios limitados.
