UPDATE: BEDBUGS!! Avoid this place. Let me start off by saying that I feel badly for writing this review, because it is clear that this camp was built with love, but something has gotten lost in the years between when it was built and now. I paid €90 per night in the high season and this was far too much money for what you are getting. The mosquitoes are unbearable and the nets on the tents have holes in them, so you spend the night being swarmed by insects. While I was staying here, several guests left early because the mosquitoes were so terrible. The staff offers lavender oil to deter the bugs but this is not enough. For €90, Cast Away should at least invest in some basic amenities for guests to make their stay more enjoyable (battery operated fans to keep the bugs off your face at night, for example). There are several other guesthouses right next to the camp so the beach can get crowded during the day, & two showers/two toilets are shared between 15+ people. The beach is beautiful and the staff are so kind, but I’m unclear as to what we are paying €90 euros a night for. I would not recommend the camp to anyone at this price.

Cast Away - Eco resort si trova proprio sul mare con acqua limpida, vista del tramonto e un ambiente tranquillo e nascosto. La spiaggia e la natura circostante sono l'attrazione principale, e il posto sembra più adatto per un lento soggiorno all'aria aperta. L'ostello ha piccole capanne o rifugi simili a tende, oltre a una cucina condivisa, bagni, bar, barbecue, forno per pizza, amache e molti posti per sedersi e rilassarsi. Si possono noleggiare kayak, paddleboard e biciclette, e a orari stabiliti è possibile prendere e lasciare un navetta. L'atmosfera può sembrare sociale, ma è anche facile tenersi per sé. Il proprietario e il personale sono amichevoli e disponibili, e la proprietà ha un'atmosfera semplice e discreta piuttosto che lucida. Funziona bene per i viaggiatori che desiderano una vista sul mare, un ambiente rilassato e un posto facile da staccare.

- L'accesso è difficile, con una strada sterrata e un tunnel stretto prima dell'arrivo.
- Le capanne sono semplici e vicine, quindi la privacy è limitata.
- Le zanzare possono essere un problema e le reti non sono sempre sufficienti.
- I bagni e le docce sono condivisi e le strutture sono semplici.
